As there is no charge for this service, a degree of civility would be appreciated - unlike the unmitigated arsehole that said "I want xxxxxx@sod-all.com and I need it now as I have better things to do than stay online all night". this was followed (about ten minutes later) by "f***ing time wasting wanker".
